Another Jayhawk Classic in the books! As always a HUUUGE thanks to volunteers who went above and beyond to help make it an awesome weekend.

The Perry Dam road race and TTT course is located about 2 miles North of Perry, Kansas.  Once you arrive in Perry, take Ferguson Road (Co Rd 1029) north and go left on 39th street.  You’ll be on this road a short time and then take a right onto the Dam Road.  Follow this road across the dam and up the hill where you will find the Start/Finish line and parking.  There will be portable restrooms on site.  

The West Campus Criterium is located on the West Campus of the University of Kansas near the intersections of Iowa and 23rd Street.  Enter near the Schenk Sports complex via Crestline Drive and park in large parking lots adjacent to the roundabout.

KU Cycling kit order next week

If you want to get yourself some sweet KU Cycling gear, or add to your current collection of magnificence get ready to order next week.  From Monday through Friday (2/20 to 2/24) you will be able to order the 2012-2013 Castelli team kit online.  Links will be posted soon.

Club Meeting 2/2/12!

Our first club meeting of the semester will be happening on February 2nd from 8-9pm in the Regionalist room of the Kansas Union.
Please make it a priority to attend this meeting!  We’ll be covering all of our events for the spring semester. We will also be collecting club dues for the spring semester.  Dues for racing members are $65 and $30 for non-racers.  Please bring cash or check to the meeting.  If you can’t attend please contact our treasurer, Grayson Warrior at g392w964@ku.edu and he can work out with your schedule.
 We’ll also be talking about jersey re-orders, charity events, race season, movie nights, and last but certainly not least— THE JAYHAWK CYCLING CLASSIC 2012!
Lots of good info to be had, and a perfect time to come with your own ideas of what KU Cycling can do this semester!  As always, meetings are a perfect way to check out the club if you are interested in joining.
